Low Income rates apply to health care card holders and pension card holders. If you'd like to be considered for a concession rate apart from these conditions due to financial hardship then please speak to me about this during your session or send me an email.
Fees are due to be paid on the day of the appointment. Face-to-face clients can pay with tap, cash (the correct amount preferable), or an invoice can be sent for direct deposit or Bpay. Online clients will be sent an invoice on the day of the appointment, due immediately. Alternatively I can provide a link to use credit card, apple pay or google pay.
